防撞墻模具當(dāng)預(yù)埋件與護(hù)欄鋼筋出現(xiàn)沖突時(shí)，適當(dāng)移動(dòng)鋼筋位置，保證預(yù)埋件位置準(zhǔn)確，清掃預(yù)制構(gòu)件表面，并用水沖洗干凈，水泥防撞墻模具鑿毛上根據(jù)測(cè)量確定的防護(hù)欄邊線，采用人工對(duì)護(hù)欄邊線范圍內(nèi)的箱梁表面進(jìn)行鑿毛處理，鑿除混凝土表面的水泥砂漿和松弱層，并用水沖洗干凈，水泥防撞墻模具鋼筋的加工及安裝主線邊防撞護(hù)和匝道防撞護(hù)欄順橋向每2m設(shè)置一道假縫，嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)圖紙對(duì)上述預(yù)埋件進(jìn)行埋設(shè)，預(yù)埋件安裝要做到不遺漏，定位準(zhǔn)確。設(shè)計(jì)伸縮縫處鋼筋要斷開(kāi)，斷面要整齊。清掃預(yù)制構(gòu)件表面，并用水沖洗干凈。模具生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的細(xì)節(jié)會(huì)影響模具的使用和性能，對(duì)模具使用后保養(yǎng)方式要注重，保證模具的使用次數(shù)。

防撞墻模具正好處于兩塊模板的接縫處，安裝模板時(shí)要在鋼筋上纏上海綿條防止漏漿；模具安裝好后，根據(jù)所需規(guī)格制造鋼筋籠；將攪拌均勻的混凝土從攪拌機(jī)卸出，傾倒置斗車上，經(jīng)人工定量放料與鋼筋籠進(jìn)模具，然后由輸送帶運(yùn)至振臺(tái)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行手動(dòng)抹平，即可做成型，再放置平地進(jìn)行自然保養(yǎng)，自然養(yǎng)護(hù)24小時(shí)候便可脫模。
