防浪石模具的主體結(jié)構(gòu)是按照防浪石預(yù)制塊大小選擇，因?yàn)榉览耸撃＞叩纳a(chǎn)完全參照的所需要的預(yù)制塊形狀，除了三角形外，還有正方形、波浪形等等，全部用于海邊緩沖海浪用的，所以一般都呈現(xiàn)交叉口。防浪石模具的結(jié)構(gòu)主要是根據(jù)正方體、三角體或者框格形式進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)，防浪石預(yù)制塊體積大，人工無法搬運(yùn)預(yù)制塊，因?yàn)槭褂玫?毫米以上鋼板焊接，拆卸方便。防浪石的結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)的主要是內(nèi)部空心或者多角形，這樣能夠保證在海浪漲潮的時(shí)候，可以應(yīng)對(duì)海水的沖擊力。在使用防浪石模具的時(shí)候，要注意拆模的問題，按照形狀的不同，設(shè)計(jì)的模具拆模方式也不同，有的四周可以打開，有的則只能打開兩側(cè)的側(cè)板，防浪石預(yù)制塊上面打上吊裝孔，使用叉車或者行車吊起來，這種拆模方式主要是應(yīng)對(duì)的大型的防浪石預(yù)制塊。The main structure of the anti wave stone mold is selected according to the size of the anti wave stone precast block, because the production of the anti wave stone steel mold completely refers to the required precast block shape, in addition to triangles, squares, wave shapes, etc., which are all used to buffer the waves on the Beach, so they generally show intersections.
