箱變基礎模具主要是應用于變電站的箱變基礎建設中，箱變基礎也俗稱逆變器和箱式變壓器的建筑基礎。通過在箱變基礎上預埋鋼板，為逆變器安裝、箱變安裝提供平衡、穩(wěn)定的基礎。在箱變基礎處有穿通電纜的通道，為匯流箱出線至逆變器進線提供隱蔽通道以及逆變器出線至箱變低壓側進線提供通道。 箱變就是箱體式變電站，簡單說就是把一個變電站裝到一個彩鋼板制作的房子中，這個箱體式變電站可以整體移動搬遷。最早的變電站是建在地面或地下的地面上，建成后不能整體搬遷，箱變就可以實現搬遷，箱變里面有變壓器、高壓配電柜或低壓配電柜等配電設施。箱變基礎就是這個箱體式變電站的安裝基礎，這個基礎按照箱變的尺寸、重量、電纜安裝、運行維護檢修等需要設計。

The basic mould of box type transformer is mainly used in the basic construction of box type transformer in substation. The foundation of box type transformer is also commonly known as the construction foundation of inverter and box type transformer. By embedding steel plate on the basis of box transformer, it can provide a balanced and stable foundation for inverter installation and box transformer installation. There is a passage through the cable at the base of the box transformer to provide a concealed channel for the outgoing line from the combiner box to the incoming line of the inverter and a channel for the outgoing line of the inverter to the incoming line at the low voltage side of the box transformer. Box type substation is a box type substation, which is simply to install a substation into a house made of color steel plate. The box type substation can be moved and relocated as a whole. The earliest substation was built on the ground or underground ground. After completion, it can not be relocated as a whole. The box transformer can be relocated. There are transformer, high-voltage distribution cabinet or low-voltage distribution cabinet and other distribution facilities in the box transformer. The foundation of box type substation is the installation foundation of the box type substation. The foundation is designed according to the size, weight, cable installation, operation and maintenance of the box type substation.

基礎土方的開挖+對于箱變基坑采用機械開挖，人工配合開挖清底的方法，開挖時基坑邊坡放坡.挖掘機開挖深度至持力層剩余的部分采用人工清底，直至開挖到預埋扁鋼底面，集水槽寬度為100mm。

本工程箱變基礎墊層采用100厚C15砼墊層，墊層施工時要采取措施保證墊層表面的平整度。本工程箱變基礎模板采用木模。采用木模是用鋼管進行加固，施工過程中應嚴格控制基礎位置，防止模板發(fā)生位移。

本工程箱變基礎底板采用C25混凝土，在澆筑過程中要樣按照砼澆筑操作規(guī)程進行，澆筑時震動棒插點要均勻，尤其是預埋扁鋼附近的砼，要確保震搗密實?；A砼澆筑后，表面收光，并形成一定坡度向基礎旁邊的集水槽，集水槽向排污口方向傾斜。

Excavation of foundation earthwork + mechanical excavation shall be adopted for the foundation pit of box type transformer, and manual excavation and bottom cleaning shall be adopted. During excavation, the slope of foundation pit shall be sloping. The excavation depth of excavator to the remaining part of bearing layer shall be manual bottom cleaning until the excavation to the bottom of embedded flat steel, and the width of sump shall be 100mm.

C15 concrete cushion with thickness of 100 is adopted for the foundation cushion of box transformer in this project. Measures shall be taken to ensure the smoothness of cushion surface during cushion construction. The foundation formwork of box type substation in this project adopts wood formwork. The wooden formwork is reinforced by steel pipe. During the construction, the foundation position shall be strictly controlled to prevent the formwork from displacement.

C25 concrete is used for the foundation slab of box transformer in this project. During the pouring process, the sample shall be carried out in accordance with the concrete pouring operation procedures. During the pouring, the insertion point of vibrating rod shall be uniform, especially the concrete near the embedded flat steel, to ensure that the vibration is dense. After the foundation concrete is poured, the surface shall be polished, and a certain slope shall be formed to the collecting tank beside the foundation, and the collecting tank shall be inclined to the direction of the drain outlet.
