德國LOCKE洛克進口低溫止回閥主要用于各種低溫介質(zhì)的管路系統(tǒng)，以防止介質(zhì)倒流，具有開關靈活、密封可靠的特點。廣泛用于乙烯，液化天然氣等化工裝置上，天然氣LPG LNG儲罐，接收基地及衛(wèi)星站，空分設備、石油、化工尾氣分離設備、液氧、液氮、液氫、二氧化碳低溫貯槽及槽車、變壓吸附制氧等工況的管路系統(tǒng)，可廣泛用于≤-46℃氨液、氨、丙烷；≤-101℃乙烯、二氧化碳；≤-196℃甲烷、氮氣、液化天然氣。

三、進口低溫止回閥安裝與維護：

1、本閥門通路兩端須堵塞，存在干燥通風的室內(nèi)。如長期存放，應經(jīng)常檢查防銹蝕。

2、安裝前應將閥門清洗干凈，并消除在運輸過程中造成的缺陷。

3、安裝時必須仔細核對閥門上的標志和銘牌是否符合使用要求。

4、升降式垂直瓣止回閥應安裝在垂直管道上。

5、升降式水平瓣止回閥應安裝在水平管道上。

6、在管線中不要使止回閥承受重量，大型的止回閥應獨立支撐，使之不受管系產(chǎn)生的壓力的影響。

7、安裝止回閥時，應特別注意介質(zhì)流動方向，應使介質(zhì)正常流動方向與閥體上指示的箭頭方向相一致，否則就會截斷介質(zhì)的正常流動。底閥應安裝在水泵吸水管路的底端。

8、通式升降式止回閥應安裝于水平管路上,立式升降式止回閥和底閥一般安裝在垂直管路上,并且介質(zhì)自下而上流動。

9、止回閥關閉時，會在管路中產(chǎn)生水錘壓力，嚴重時會導致閥門、管路或設備的損壞，尤其對于大口管路或高壓管路，故應引起止回閥選用者的高度注意。

5. Lift type horizontal disc check valve shall be installed on horizontal pipeline.

6. In the pipeline, do not make the check valve bear the weight, large check valve should be independently supported, so that it is not affected by the pressure produced by the pipeline system.

7. When installing the check valve, special attention should be paid to the flow direction of the medium. The normal flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow direction indicated on the valve body, otherwise the normal flow of the medium will be cut off. The bottom valve should be installed at the bottom of the water pump suction pipe.

8. The general lifting check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipeline. The vertical lifting check valve and bottom valve are generally installed on the vertical pipeline, and the medium flows from bottom to top.

9. When the check valve is closed, there will be water hammer pressure in the pipeline, which will cause damage to the valve, pipeline or equipment in serious cases, especially for the large opening pipeline or high pressure pipeline, so it should be paid great attention by the check valve selectors.
