            預(yù)制擋渣塊模具制作過程分析是面對不同鐵路工程使用的不同型號，所以擋渣塊模具既有塑料材質(zhì)的，也有鋼模板材質(zhì)的，所以根據(jù)具體型號的不同，擋渣塊的制作也會選擇不同材質(zhì)模具。從目前常規(guī)型號的擋渣塊來分析，大部分都是使用L形狀的，尤其是500*250*200型號應(yīng)用量比較大，壁厚為6厘米。但是因為鐵路修建涉及到的工程非常多，所以預(yù)制擋渣塊模具的制作內(nèi)容也是非常豐富了，如果塑料模具沒有現(xiàn)成胎具的話，需要涉及到開模，有時候制作一些鋼模具可以節(jié)省生產(chǎn)成本。預(yù)制擋渣塊模具制作過程分析是按照圖紙要求的型號而言，因為此類模具使用量不是很大，所以模具的制作成本也會以圖紙為依據(jù)，具體分析到常規(guī)或者異形尺寸。整體而言，還是以目前塑料模具用量比較大，而且每種模具的制作方式都是人工預(yù)制生產(chǎn)，或者注塑機(jī)、或者電焊機(jī)等。The analysis of the manufacturing process of prefabricated slag retaining block mold is faced with different models used in different railway projects, so the slag retaining block mold is made of both plastic and steel formwork.
