陰溝蓋板模具的分析是依靠自己總結(jié)的幾十種蓋板模具生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗以及技術(shù),通過對混凝土蓋板模具的材質(zhì)、尺寸、形狀等幾方面的要素,對該模具進行的分析與說明,制作的混凝土蓋板符合每個工程的要求。陰溝蓋板模具的開發(fā)已經(jīng)有著十幾年的歷史,過去往往都是對簡單的蓋板預(yù)制塊進行模具生產(chǎn),比如內(nèi)部帶有3個以下孔的或者兩側(cè)帶有缺口的等,而且規(guī)格比較小,往往都在50厘米以下。所以注塑機也是在1000-2000g之間的,胎具開發(fā)技術(shù)還沒有那么成熟當時。隨著不同工程使用蓋板預(yù)制塊的數(shù)量增多,模具尺寸以及形狀也在發(fā)生變化,所以對于陰溝蓋板模具的分析有助于總結(jié)各種工程使用的蓋板預(yù)制塊,從而找出相似的模具,這樣可以減少胎具的開發(fā)費用,既能預(yù)制塊的正常使用,還能加快工程的進展力度。陰溝蓋板模具的制作也是按照小型預(yù)制塊的生產(chǎn)方式進行,一般都是在振動臺上操作的,采用人工制作方式。The analysis of the gutter cover plate mold depends on the production experience and technology of dozens of cover plate molds summarized by myself.
