進(jìn)口天然氣減壓閥工作原理:

天然氣減壓閥主要用于氣體管路，同樣適用于如空氣、氮?dú)?、氧氣、氫氣、煤氣、液化氣、天然氣等氣體。天然氣減壓閥屬于先導(dǎo)活塞式減壓閥。由主閥和導(dǎo)閥兩部分組成。主閥主要由閥座、主閥盤、活塞、彈簧等零件組成。導(dǎo)閥主要由閥座、閥瓣、膜片、彈簧、調(diào)節(jié)彈簧等零件組成。通過調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)節(jié)彈簧壓力設(shè)定出口壓力、利用膜片傳感出口壓力變化，通過導(dǎo)閥啟閉驅(qū)動(dòng)活塞調(diào)節(jié)主閥節(jié)流部位過流面積的大小，實(shí)現(xiàn)減壓穩(wěn)壓功能。

進(jìn)口天然氣減壓閥安裝使用注意事項(xiàng):

1、本閥安裝前應(yīng)仔細(xì)核對(duì)使用情況是否與標(biāo)牌規(guī)定相符；

2、本閥安裝在水平管道上，閥體所示箭頭與介質(zhì)流向應(yīng)一致；

3、減壓閥前后應(yīng)該有一段直管，閥前O.6×DN以上，閥后1O×DN以上。

4、安裝時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行以下工作：(1)將閥門兩端封蓋取下；(2)檢查連接螺栓，無松動(dòng)；(3)閥前管道必須沖洗干凈。

5、本閥在管路上只作減壓用，不作截止用，使用介質(zhì)必須經(jīng)過過濾器過濾；

6、使用時(shí)，將調(diào)節(jié)螺釘順時(shí)針方向緩慢旋轉(zhuǎn)，使出口壓力升至所需壓力，調(diào)整后，將螺釘鎖緊。

Precautions for installation and use of imported natural gas pressure reducing valve:
1. Before installation, the valve should be carefully checked to see if it is in conformity with the label;
2. The valve is installed on the horizontal pipeline, and the arrow shown on the valve body shall be consistent with the flow direction of medium;
3. There should be a section of straight pipe before and after the pressure reducing valve, which is more than 0.6 × DN in front of the valve and more than 10 × DN behind the valve.
4. During the installation, the following work should be carried out: (1) remove the covers at both ends of the valve; (2) check the connecting bolts to see if they are loose; (3) the pipe in front of the valve must be washed clean.
5. The valve is only used for reducing pressure in the pipeline, not for cut-off. The medium used must be filtered through the filter;
6. When in use, slowly rotate the adjusting screw clockwise to raise the outlet pressure to the required pressure. After adjustment, lock the screw.
