德國《DE LOCKE》洛克進口高壓Y型過濾器主體均采用高壓沖擊鍛打，殼體強化處理，耐壓可達80MPa?？赡透邏海透邷?，耐腐蝕，質(zhì)量可靠，使用壽命長。主要用來消除介質(zhì)中的雜質(zhì)，防止顆粒性雜質(zhì)進入通道，造成堵塞，使閥門或其他設備失靈而不能正常使用，以保護閥門及設備的正常使用。

進口高壓Y型過濾器結(jié)構(gòu)特征：

1、高壓Y型過濾器的核心部位是過濾芯件，過濾芯由濾框和不銹鋼鋼絲網(wǎng)組成，不銹鋼鋼絲網(wǎng)屬宜損件，需特別保護；

2、當工作一段時間后，過濾器濾芯內(nèi)沉淀了一定的雜質(zhì)，這時壓力降增大，流速會下降，需及時清除濾芯內(nèi)的雜質(zhì)；

3、清洗雜質(zhì)時，特別注意過濾器過濾芯上的不銹鋼鋼絲網(wǎng)不能變形或損壞，否則，再裝上去后，過濾后介質(zhì)的純度達不到設計要求，壓縮機、泵、儀表等設備會遭到破壞；

4、如發(fā)現(xiàn)不銹鋼鋼絲網(wǎng)變形或損壞，需馬上更換。
