進(jìn)口不銹鋼球閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):

1、流體阻力小,球閥是所有閥類中流體阻力最小的一種,即使是縮徑球閥其流體阻力也相當(dāng)小。

2、開(kāi)關(guān)迅速、方便,只要閥桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)90℃,球閥就完成了全開(kāi)或全關(guān)動(dòng)作很容易實(shí)現(xiàn)快速啟閉。

3、閥座密封性能好。大多數(shù)球閥的密封圈都采用聚四乙烯等彈性材料制造,軟密封結(jié)構(gòu)易于保證啟封,而且球閥的密封力隨著介質(zhì)壓力的增高而增大。

4、閥桿密封可靠。球閥啟閉時(shí)閥桿只作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)而不作升降運(yùn)動(dòng),閥桿的填料密封不易破壞,且閥桿倒密封的密封力隨著介質(zhì)壓力的增高而增大。

5、由于聚四氟乙烯等材料具有良好的自潤(rùn)滑性,與球體的摩擦損小,故球閥的使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

6、可配置氣動(dòng)、電動(dòng)、液動(dòng)等多種驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離控制和自動(dòng)化操作。

7、閥體內(nèi)通道平整光滑,可以輸送粘性流體、漿液以及固體顆粒。

德國(guó)洛克《DE LOCKE》進(jìn)口不銹鋼球閥分為全通徑及縮徑兩個(gè)系列,以滿足不同工況的需要。全通徑球閥的通道內(nèi)徑與管線內(nèi)徑一致,流體阻力最小,并便于管道清掃。而縮徑系列球閥的重量只有相同口徑全通徑球閥的70%左右,能有效的降低成本及價(jià)格,而其流體阻力只有相同口徑截止閥的1/7左右,故縮徑球閥在國(guó)內(nèi)得到了較廣泛的使用。
