進(jìn)口襯氟球閥工作原理：

襯氟球閥是用帶圓形通孔的球體作啟閉件，球體隨閥桿繞閥體中心線旋轉(zhuǎn)以實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門開啟和關(guān)閉。采用特殊的模壓工藝，使密封面致密良好，加之V型PTFE填料組合使閥門達(dá)到零泄漏；球體與閥桿鑄為一體，杜絕了由于壓力變化引起閥桿沖出承壓件內(nèi)的可能性，根本保證使用中的安全性；采用全塑料襯里工藝，耐介質(zhì)的強(qiáng)腐蝕。

襯氟球閥閥體內(nèi)腔及碟板均采用高壓注塑工藝襯有耐腐蝕、耐老化的聚全氟乙炳烯，故具有可靠的耐腐蝕性和密封性。主要用于對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中酸堿等強(qiáng)腐蝕介質(zhì)的調(diào)節(jié)或切斷。

Working principle of imported fluorine lined ball valve:
Fluorine lined ball valve is a ball with circular through hole as the opening and closing part. The ball rotates around the center line of the valve body with the stem to realize the valve opening and closing. Special molding process is adopted to make the sealing surface compact and good, and the combination of V-shaped PTFE packing makes the valve achieve zero leakage; the ball and stem are cast as one, which prevents the possibility of the valve stem from being rushed out of the pressure bearing parts due to pressure change, and fundamentally ensures the safety in use; the full plastic lining process is adopted to resist the strong corrosion of medium.
The high pressure injection molding process is used to lining the inner cavity and plate of the fluorine lined ball valve body with the corrosion-resistant and aging resistant polyfluoroethylene, so it has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing property. It is mainly used for regulating or cutting off the acid-base and other strong corrosive medium in the production process.
