進(jìn)口信號蝶閥工作原理：

1、信號蝶閥由蝸輪蝸桿傳動裝置驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)軸及蝶板旋轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)啟閉和控制流量。

2、旋轉(zhuǎn)蝸輪蝸桿傳動裝置手輪，使蝶板達(dá)到啟閉及調(diào)節(jié)流量的目的，手輪順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)為閥門關(guān)閉。

3、蝸輪蝸桿傳動裝置箱體內(nèi)設(shè)置微動開關(guān)有兩種形式：

a、在傳動裝置箱體內(nèi)設(shè)有開向、關(guān)向兩個微動開關(guān)，分別在閥門全開和關(guān)閉時動作，接通控制室“閥開”“閥關(guān)”指示燈源，使之準(zhǔn)確顯示閥門開關(guān)狀態(tài)。

b、在傳動裝置箱體內(nèi)設(shè)關(guān)向微動開關(guān)（蝶板全關(guān)位置為0°），當(dāng)?shù)逵?/span>0°～40°位置時微動開關(guān)支作，輸出閥門關(guān)閉信號，40°～90°位置時另一對常閉可輸出閥門打開信號?？烧{(diào)整壓觸微動開關(guān)的凸輪，顯示蝶板所處的不同位置。

Working principle of imported signal butterfly valve:
1. Signal butterfly valve is driven by worm gear drive shaft and butterfly plate to realize opening and closing and flow control.
2. Rotate the worm gear handwheel to make the butterfly plate open and close and adjust the flow. The handwheel rotates clockwise to close the valve.
3. There are two types of micro switches in the gearbox of worm gear transmission:
a. Two microswitches are set in the transmission box, which are open and close, which operate when the valve is fully open and closed respectively. Turn on the indicator lights of "valve open" and "valve close" in control room to accurately display the valve switch status.
b. The transmission box is equipped with a close micro switch (the fully closed position of butterfly plate is 0 °), when the butterfly plate is from 0 ° ~ 40 ° position, the microswitch is supported, and the valve closing signal is output. When the position is 40 ° ~ 90 °, another pair of normally closed valve opening signals can be output. The cam of the micro switch can be adjusted to display the different positions of the butterfly plate.
