進(jìn)口保溫蝶閥工作原理：

進(jìn)口保溫蝶閥就是在傳統(tǒng)的蝶閥的基礎(chǔ)上，在外部焊接了一個金屬夾套，可以向這個夾套中沖入蒸汽、導(dǎo)熱油、冷卻水等這些在常溫下會凝固的高粘度、蒸汽或其它保溫、保冷介質(zhì)，來起到保溫保冷的作用。夾套中的介質(zhì)與管道中的介質(zhì)的溫度是相同的，一旦外界的溫度過低或者過高的時候，高溫或者低溫首先接觸的就是夾套中的介質(zhì)，正是因為這些介質(zhì)，所以外界的溫度才不能傳遞到管道內(nèi)的介質(zhì)。所以能夠起到良好的保溫、保冷的作用。這樣一來介質(zhì)就不會出現(xiàn)結(jié)晶、凝固、粘稠的現(xiàn)象，保證了介質(zhì)的正常輸送。

Steam, heat transfer oil, cooling water and other high viscosity, steam or other thermal and cold insulation media that will solidify at room temperature can be poured into the jacket to play the role of thermal and cold insulation. The temperature of the medium in the jacket is the same as that of the medium in the pipeline. Once the external temperature is too low or too high, the medium in the jacket is the first contact of high temperature or low temperature. It is precisely because of these media that the external temperature cannot be transferred to the medium in the pipeline. So it can play a good role in heat preservation and cold insulation. 德國洛克《DE LOCKE》進(jìn)口保溫蝶閥（Thermal insulation butterfly valve）也稱夾套蝶閥，是在普通三偏心金屬硬密封蝶閥的基礎(chǔ)上在閥體外部焊裝了金屬夾套，在保溫蝶閥的閥體兩側(cè)裝有夾套接口，可涵入蒸汽或其它過熱體以防止介質(zhì)在常溫狀態(tài)下凝固或結(jié)晶。保溫蝶閥的法蘭較普通金屬硬密封蝶閥要大一到兩個規(guī)格，主要用于石油、化工、冶金、制藥等各類系統(tǒng)。
