二、進(jìn)口氣動襯氟調(diào)節(jié)閥技術(shù)特點：

1．耐腐蝕：閥體內(nèi)腔、閥芯、閥座、閥桿均316不銹鋼，能耐酸、堿，耐強(qiáng)腐蝕。

2．密封性能好：采用聚四乙烯材質(zhì)的波紋管和填料雙重密封，確保無滲漏。

3．泄漏量?。河捎陂y芯、閥座是軟密封，故泄漏量低于國家IV級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

4．采用輕小型多彈簧執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，體積小，重量輕，調(diào)節(jié)精度高。

2、 Technical features of imported pneumatic fluorine lined control valve:
1. Corrosion resistance: the inner cavity of valve body, valve core, valve seat and valve stem are made of 316 stainless steel, which can resist acid, alkali and strong corrosion.
2. Good sealing performance: the corrugated pipe made of polytetrafluoroethylene and packing are used for double sealing to ensure no leakage.
3. Small leakage: due to the soft sealing of valve core and valve seat, the leakage is lower than the national grade IV standard.
4. It adopts light and small multi spring actuator with small volume, light weight and high adjustment accuracy.

德國DE LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口氣動襯氟調(diào)節(jié)閥采用頂部導(dǎo)向結(jié)構(gòu)，配用多彈簧執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、重量輕、動作靈敏、流體通道呈S流線型、壓降損失小、閥容量大、流量特性精確、拆裝方便等優(yōu)點。廣泛應(yīng)用于精確控制氣體、液體等介質(zhì)的工藝參數(shù)對壓力、流量、溫度、液位保持在給定值。特別適用于允許泄漏量小且閥前后壓差不大的場合。本系列產(chǎn)品有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型、調(diào)節(jié)切斷型。產(chǎn)品公稱壓力等級有PN0.6、1.0、1.6、2.5、class 150LB；公稱通徑范圍DN20~300;使用溫度由-20℃~+200℃范圍內(nèi)多種檔次；泄漏等級VI級，流量特性為線性或等百分比。

3、 Description of imported pneumatic fluorine lined control valve:
Germany de lock imported pneumatic fluorine lined control valve adopts top guide structure, equipped with multi spring actuator, which has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, s-streamline fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, easy disassembly and assembly, etc. It is widely used to accurately control the process parameters of gas, liquid and other media, and keep the pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level at a given value. It is especially suitable for small leakage and small pressure difference before and after the valve. This series of products have standard type, adjustment cut-off type. The nominal pressure class of the product is pn0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, class 150Lb; the nominal diameter range is DN20 ~ 300; the service temperature ranges from - 20 ℃ to + 200 ℃; the leakage class is VI, and the flow characteristic is linear or equal percentage.
