進口低溫閘閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點：

1、低溫閘閥不銹鋼部件的制造過程應按照粗加工、深冷處理(至少兩次)、精加工、研磨及無塵裝配的工藝流程進行。

2、粗加工前，要求進行常溫拉伸試驗、彎曲試驗以及低溫沖擊試驗，還應進行硬度檢測、金相分析等。

3、精加工前至少對材料進行兩次深冷處理，以減少閥門在低溫條件下尺寸的改變，降低溫度對密封性能的影響。低溫處理溫度應低于材料相變溫度且低于閥門實際工作溫度。要求深冷處理時間1～2h，取出自然冷卻到常溫，重復循環(huán)2次。

4、每個零部件要求進行超聲波清洗、表面脫脂或脫油，裝配后的閥門要求內(nèi)腔及外表面足夠清潔。
