UH817 是一款100% 固含、反應(yīng)型熱熔聚氨酯（HMPUR）膠粘劑，專為 紡織品點(diǎn)膠、噴膠內(nèi)衣工藝生產(chǎn)線而設(shè)計(jì)。

UH817 is a solvent-free reactive hotmelt polyurethane (UHPUR) adhesive，specially designed for fast setting and custom made underwear/bras application.

粘劑強(qiáng)度好： 該產(chǎn)品能夠?qū)Π◤椥阅猃埐荚趦?nèi)的紡織品面料有很好的附著力

Adhesion :   This product has great adhesion on nylon and  other textile materials.

短開(kāi)放時(shí)間：UH817A在環(huán)境溫度下的開(kāi)放時(shí)間短(15-25秒)，噴涂后膠線很快表干。

Short open time：This product after sprayed showed very short open time （15-30 seconds）at ambient temperature.

易于二次活化：UH817A 經(jīng)噴涂后可在0-30分鐘內(nèi)，在85-110 ^oC溫度下熱壓活化，以實(shí)現(xiàn)與另一紡織面料的貼合。系列產(chǎn)品版本具有相同技術(shù)指標(biāo)但分別對(duì)應(yīng)不同的可活化時(shí)間以及對(duì)應(yīng)的環(huán)境使用溫度。

Easy heat reactivated:  This product UH817 showed good performance when heat reactivated around 85-110 ^oC within 0-30min after spray. Its series versions have same technical parameters but corresponding to different heat-reactivation time and ambient temperature .

綜合性能好：該產(chǎn)品具有較好的初粘強(qiáng)度、非常好的柔軟性、不滲透、不掛膠。

Great initial strength： UH817A  has good green strength，soft touch feeling, not blocking and not stringing .

外觀（25^oC)/ Appearance at RT： 室溫下白色White solid at RT 

建議使用溫度/ Suggested temperature： 壓盤(pán)(press)135+5 ^oC / 噴嘴（nozzle）120+5 ^oC

二次活化溫度/Suggested activation temperature:     85-110 ^oC

可激活時(shí)間(25^oC/55% RH)/Dwelling time: UH817.01/30min;    UH817.03/20min,      UH817S/10min

加壓時(shí)間 /Press time: 10-15秒

300ml 于加厚鋁管中或20公斤、200kg真空包裝于鋁箔袋中，包裝內(nèi)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)強(qiáng)化防結(jié)皮處理。

Packed in 300ml heavy duty aluminum tube, or 20kg , 200kg straight container with aluminum foil liner . 

始終貯存在原裝密閉的容器中,  產(chǎn)品需室內(nèi)保存，避免與潮氣接觸。開(kāi)桶的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)盡快用完. 

Always keep material in closed container and store the package in dry condition. Do not exposure to wet or any moisture. The opened package shall be used as soon as possible

在 0-35 ^oC溫度密封干燥下，UH-817 桶裝包裝貯存期6個(gè)月(30ml 包裝3個(gè)月),  不會(huì)影響使用性能。 

This product can be stored under sealed、 dried condition for 6 months at  0-35 ^oC (3 months for 300ml aluminum tube).

影響產(chǎn)品的粘結(jié)質(zhì)量的因素很多，除了膠粘劑本身因素外還常常與基材來(lái)源， 批次變化，基材表面特性（如處理劑、材料厚度、脫模劑、平整度）設(shè)備的溫度設(shè)置 、實(shí)際膠溫、溫濕度變化、上膠量、膠點(diǎn)大小、過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)、預(yù)熱基材程度、壓合條件、操作人員技能、操作規(guī)范、機(jī)器工況、 養(yǎng)生條件（溫度+濕度+時(shí)間）等有關(guān)。要求用戶在批量生產(chǎn)前先做樣板測(cè)試，待確認(rèn)后再做大貨，必要時(shí)可以告知我方共同參與測(cè)試以保證粘接品質(zhì)。                                                                                                                       Many factors could have impact to product quality, we strongly suggest do trial test before massive production.
