搪瓷管在臭氧發(fā)生器中的應(yīng)用

空預(yù)器可分為管箱式、回轉(zhuǎn)式兩種，其中回轉(zhuǎn)式又分為風(fēng)罩回轉(zhuǎn)式和受熱面回轉(zhuǎn)式兩種。目前利用在電站鍋爐熱面的主要是回轉(zhuǎn)式預(yù)熱器。

風(fēng)機跳閘處理：

引風(fēng)機處理：

如引風(fēng)機掉閘前無異?，F(xiàn)象，無過流現(xiàn)象，且主聯(lián)鎖末動作，應(yīng)先搶合一次，成功時則應(yīng)恢復(fù)正常運行，如搶合無效立即將故障風(fēng)機置于停止位置，關(guān)閉其出入口擋板。若發(fā)現(xiàn)有過電流或異?，F(xiàn)象時，則不允許搶合閘，按緊急停爐處理，增加其它爐的負(fù)荷。

如兩臺引風(fēng)機同時運行時，則開大另一臺引風(fēng)機擋板，增加出力；及時調(diào)整燃燒，保持燃燒穩(wěn)定及正常負(fù)壓范圍內(nèi)。

根據(jù)引風(fēng)機出力情況，適當(dāng)降低負(fù)荷，調(diào)整風(fēng)煤比例保持穩(wěn)定運行。

若發(fā)現(xiàn)電流超額定值或振動過大，軸承溫度超過極限值，有損壞設(shè)備危險且沒有跳閘時，應(yīng)緊急停止該風(fēng)機運行。
