      在擠出和塑模加工過程中,PETS對很多聚合物來說都是一個有 效的潤滑劑;推 薦用于PC(聚碳酸酯)、熱塑性聚酯(PET,PBT等)、PPO、PPS及其它的熱塑性工程塑料.PETS突 出的熱穩(wěn)定性,使它可用于此類體系的加工過程,不用擔心發(fā)生降解;而且,它可以改善透明度及表面光潔度.

      作為PC、硬PVC和其它聚合物體系的外潤滑劑時,PETS的高 效性,允許它的使用量低于大多數傳統(tǒng)的潤滑劑,典型用量0.1～1％.當需要同時具備熱穩(wěn)定性與優(yōu) 異的脫模性能時,PETS是一個好的選擇.

Usage: PETS is mainly used as high-efficiency lubricant, polyvinyl chloride stabilizer, and raw material for plasticizer and rubber auxiliaries
1. Plasticizer plays a role of plasticizing and lubricating in rubber plasticizing process.
2. Stabilizer, used for processing stabilizer, plasticizer and internal lubricant of polyvinyl chloride and other polymers.
3. Lubricants: lubricants for high-grade lubricating oil complexes, metal cutting and rolling sheets.
