檢果機(jī)主要適用于各種果蔬的挑揀與輸送。根據(jù)客戶要求設(shè)計(jì)輸送形式如不銹鋼滾杠式或者工程鏈板式。

根據(jù)客戶要求設(shè)計(jì)噴淋裝置，集水槽。根據(jù)客戶要求設(shè)計(jì)廢果收集輸送裝置。根據(jù)客戶場(chǎng)地要求設(shè)計(jì)尺寸。

該設(shè)備由機(jī)架、減速機(jī)、滾杠等部件組成。原料進(jìn)入該機(jī)后，在重力作用下，原料自行單層鋪平于滾杠表面，由于滾杠與廈門的軌道保持接觸，使得滾杠在公轉(zhuǎn)的同時(shí)也在工作面上作同方向的自轉(zhuǎn)，物料即在不停旋轉(zhuǎn)，并由出料方面移至下道工序，操作工即可在物料移動(dòng)的過程中將不合格的果蔬檢出，以保證果蔬的質(zhì)量。
