鍍鋅鋼板從生產(chǎn)工藝上分有電鍍鋅及熱浸鍍鋅兩種。簡單來說，電鍍鋅指借助外界直流電的作用，在溶液中進行電解反應(yīng)，使鋼板（導(dǎo)電體金屬）

的表面沉積一層金屬或合金層（鋅）；熱鍍鋅鋼板是以冷熱軋鋼帶為基板經(jīng)過連續(xù)熱浸鍍鋅工藝而生產(chǎn)出來的，其耐腐性能超過電鍍鋅品種，

也是建筑中最常用的。由于鋅的保護特性，鍍層的厚度就成為考核鍍鋅鋼板的指標之一。熱浸鍍層表面在凝固時均出現(xiàn)鍍層金屬的結(jié)晶花紋，

結(jié)晶花紋的大小與鋅液中其它合金元素的種類及含量、結(jié)晶核多少、原板厚度及光滑度、鍍鋅層厚度、鋅花晶體的生長時間等因素有關(guān)。

早期的鍍鋅鋼板由于鋅液中常混有鉛顯示出灰暗的鋅花，現(xiàn)代的鍍鋅鋼板由于鍍層合金的控制常顯現(xiàn)出銀白色光亮的效果。

the size of the crystallization pattern is related to the type and content of other alloy elements in the zinc liquid, the number of crystallization core,

the original plate thickness and smoothness, the galvanized layer thickness, the growth time of the zinc flower crystal and other factors.

Early galvanized steel plate is often mixed with lead in the gray zinc liquid,

and modern galvanized steel plate often shows the effect of silver white light because of the control of the coating alloy.
