彩涂卷是以熱鍍鋅板、熱鍍鋁鋅板、電鍍鋅板、鍍鎂鋁鋅板等為基板，經(jīng)表面預(yù)處理(化學(xué)脫脂及化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化處理)之后，在表面涂敷一層或幾層涂料，

隨后經(jīng)過烘烤固化而成的產(chǎn)品。因涂有各種不同顏色的有機(jī)涂料彩色鋼卷板而得名，簡稱彩涂卷。PE涂料對(duì)于材質(zhì)有良好的附著性，彩涂鋼板易于

加工成型，價(jià)廉且產(chǎn)品多，顏色和光澤的選擇余地大。聚酯涂料對(duì)耐紫外光性與涂膜耐粉化性，并不理想，因此PE涂料的使用仍需受到一些限制，

一般用在空氣污染不嚴(yán)重的地區(qū)或需多次成型加工的產(chǎn)品。
