T-BW40-1 3/4、T-BW50-2、T-BW85-2 1/2。

140t, 175t, 200t, 1250t, 300t, 400t, 500t, 600t, 700T, 800t, 1000t, 1250t and 1500t. 3. 25t ~ 200t is die forging, and

above 200t is the combination of die forging and free forging. 3. The bearing capacity of 25t ~ 80t8 shackles is 25% ~ 75%

higher than that of S6 shackles of the same size; The bearing capacity of 80t ~ 1500t T8 shackle is 20% ~ 30% higher than

that of S6 shackle of the same size. The size of T8 shackles with the same load rating is reduced compared with S6 shackles,

but their rated load and function are not lost. They are mainly used in occasions with limited space。

The maximum test load of 25t ~ 300t is 2 times of the rated working load, the maximum test load of 400t ~ 2000t is 1.33

times of the rated working load, and the minimum breaking load is 4 times of the rated working load。

Carry out strict sampling and breaking test for each batch of products。

Conduct magnetic particle inspection。

Surface treatment: electro galvanizing, hot galvanizing and painting。
