齒輪採(cǎi)用合金剛SNCM-21(白十字)及SCN-21(綠十字)材料，經(jīng)真空滲碳熱處理，心軸並經(jīng)校正及研磨，準(zhǔn)確度極高，

耐磨、耐撞擊， 安全係數(shù)高達(dá)5倍以上，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

使用飛輪緩衝起動(dòng)，產(chǎn)生高貫性之走行，起動(dòng)及煞車都非常平穩(wěn)順暢，重物不會(huì)晃動(dòng)。

高性能，高轉(zhuǎn)矩，馬達(dá)本體容易散熱，耐高電壓可達(dá)1500V以上，電流小，體積小，輸出功率強(qiáng)勁，可高頻率使用。

採(cǎi)用直流是煞車，制動(dòng)力強(qiáng)，螺栓直接調(diào)整制動(dòng)力、採(cǎi)高耐磨之來令片、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、安全性高、絕不脫落。

The gear box is made of hight stress cast iron (FC25),and manufactureby computer numerical contral machinery(CNC LATHE

&CNC machining center). The gears is made of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel (SNCM220 &SCM415) with carburization process. The

shaft is manufacture by lignment and grinding. So the accuracy is very good. The stress is very strong. The safety factor is

more than 5. The product-life is very long.
