進(jìn)口自力式調(diào)節(jié)閥無(wú)需外加能源，利用被調(diào)介質(zhì)自身能量為動(dòng)力源，引入執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)控制閥芯位置，改彎兩端的壓差和流量，使閥前（或閥后）壓力穩(wěn)定。德國(guó)漢克(HANK)自力式調(diào)節(jié)閥具有動(dòng)作靈敏，密封性好，壓力設(shè)定點(diǎn)波動(dòng)力小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，廣泛應(yīng)用于氣體、液體及蒸汽介質(zhì)減壓穩(wěn)壓或泄壓穩(wěn)壓的自動(dòng)控制。
主要分類
1、直接作用式調(diào)節(jié)閥
又稱為彈簧負(fù)載式調(diào)節(jié)閥，其結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)有彈性元件：如彈簧、波紋管、波紋管式的溫包等，利用彈性力與反饋信號(hào)平衡的原理。
2、間接作用式調(diào)節(jié)閥
增加了一個(gè)指揮器（先導(dǎo)閥）它起到對(duì)反饋信號(hào)的放大作用然后通過(guò)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，驅(qū)動(dòng)主閥閥瓣運(yùn)動(dòng)達(dá)到改變閥開度的目的。
如果是壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥，反饋信號(hào)就是閥的出口壓力，通過(guò)信號(hào)管引入執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。
如果是流量調(diào)節(jié)閥，閥的出口處就有一個(gè)孔板（或者是其他阻力裝置）由孔板兩端取出壓差信號(hào)引入執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。
如果是溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥，閥的出口就有溫度傳感器（或者溫包）通過(guò)溫度傳感器內(nèi)介質(zhì)的熱脹冷縮驅(qū)動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。
安裝注意事項(xiàng)
1、閥在氣體或低粘度液體介質(zhì)中使用時(shí)，通常自力式調(diào)節(jié)閥為直立安裝在水平管上，當(dāng)位置空間不允許時(shí)才倒裝或斜裝。
2、為便于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修及操作，調(diào)壓閥四周應(yīng)留有適當(dāng)空間。
3、當(dāng)介質(zhì)為潔凈氣體或液體時(shí)，閥前過(guò)濾器可不安裝。
4、調(diào)壓閥通徑過(guò)大(DN≥100 時(shí))，應(yīng)有固定支架。
5、位置實(shí)在不允許時(shí)，旁通閥(手動(dòng))可以省略(我們不推薦)。
6、閥組后根據(jù)需要用戶可選配止回閥、安全閥等。
7、閥在蒸汽或高粘度液體介質(zhì)中使用時(shí)，通常自力式調(diào)節(jié)閥為倒立安裝在水平管上，冷凝器(蒸汽用自力式)應(yīng)高于調(diào)壓閥的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)而低于閥前后接管。使用前冷凝器應(yīng)灌滿冷水，以后約 3個(gè)月灌水一次。

Main classification

Installation Precautions
1, the valve in the gas or low viscosity liquid medium used, usually self-regulating valve for the vertical installation of the horizontal tube, when the location space is not allowed when the flip or ramp loading.
2, in order to facilitate on-site maintenance and operation, pressure regulator should be left around the appropriate space.
3, when the medium is clean gas or liquid, the valve before the filter may not be installed.
