江蘇春晨電纜有限公司生產(chǎn)YC移動橡套軟電纜，其實(shí)這一類用調(diào)壓器直接調(diào)壓式的穩(wěn)壓器就是利用自耦變壓器的原理做成的.圖中AN側(cè)就是自耦變壓器的輸入側(cè),BN側(cè)就是自耦變壓器的輸出側(cè),如果輸入電壓高于輸出設(shè)置點(diǎn)220V時(shí),這個自耦變壓器就工作在降壓狀態(tài),如果輸入電壓低于220V時(shí),這個自耦變壓器就工作在升壓狀態(tài).(圖中所示就是處在降壓狀態(tài))

YC移動橡套軟電纜這種穩(wěn)壓器不同于自耦變壓器的主要是輸入點(diǎn)A是可以由0V到250V之間任意滑動.這樣就可以隨時(shí)調(diào)整輸入電壓的輸入點(diǎn)來滿足輸出電壓的恒定.一般我們把輸入側(cè)A點(diǎn)叫做滑臂,它由電機(jī)通過減速裝置來驅(qū)動,電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)向由穩(wěn)壓控制電路來控制完成.

穩(wěn)壓器的取樣電路時(shí)刻監(jiān)視穩(wěn)壓器的輸出兩點(diǎn)間電壓,輸出電壓升高時(shí),控制電機(jī)朝自耦變壓器降壓的方向移動,(如圖二)當(dāng)輸出電壓達(dá)到所要的電壓時(shí),停止控制電機(jī)運(yùn)動.反之控制電路則控制電機(jī)朝自耦變壓器升壓的方向轉(zhuǎn)動.(圖三)達(dá)到所要的電壓時(shí)停止
