LIT燃?xì)饩o急切斷閥是新型的燃?xì)夤艿拦こ痰陌踩涮籽b置，主要應(yīng)用于以下場(chǎng)合：

1、與可燃?xì)怏w泄漏監(jiān)測(cè)儀器相連接。當(dāng)儀器檢測(cè)到可燃?xì)怏w泄漏，自動(dòng)快速關(guān)閉主供氣體閥門。切斷燃?xì)獾墓┙o，及時(shí)制止而惡性事故的發(fā)生。

2、與熱力設(shè)備的極限溫度（或壓力）安全閥控制連接；當(dāng)設(shè)備內(nèi)檢測(cè)點(diǎn)的溫度或壓力超過設(shè)定的極限數(shù)值時(shí)，自動(dòng)快速關(guān)閉供氣閥門，停止燃料的供給。

3、與高層建筑的中央消防報(bào)警系統(tǒng)相連接。當(dāng)大廈發(fā)生火警時(shí)，自動(dòng)切斷大廈內(nèi)的燃?xì)夤?yīng)，防止煤氣爆炸的發(fā)生。

4、在城市或工廠的燃?xì)夤?yīng)管網(wǎng)內(nèi)設(shè)置BZCK燃?xì)饩o急切斷閥，可在中央控制室內(nèi)集中控制，遠(yuǎn)距離遙控，緊急關(guān)閉事故現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的管線供氣。

常開--閥關(guān)閉后在通電或斷電都不會(huì)自動(dòng)開啟，需手動(dòng)拉開，保持打開狀態(tài)，節(jié)能、安全；

A：閥需要打開時(shí)，旋下防護(hù)罩，用力拉手柄，閥打開;

B：閥需要關(guān)閉時(shí)，線圈通電不超過30秒鐘，閥迅速關(guān)閉;

A: when the valve needs to be opened, unscrew the shield, pull the handle hard and open the valve.

1、閥門在日常工作中處于常開狀態(tài)，電磁閥線圈處于斷電狀態(tài)，不消耗電能。

2、當(dāng)事故發(fā)生時(shí)，閥門線圈瞬時(shí)通電，觸發(fā)閥門快速關(guān)閉，并進(jìn)入自鎖狀態(tài)。

3、當(dāng)工作人員處理完事故，人工重新開啟閥門，才會(huì)恢復(fù)供氣。

4、閥門采用先導(dǎo)式閥瓣，開啟輕松，即使壓力達(dá)到6Bar開啟也十分輕松，口徑大于DN125，采用杠桿手柄，使閥門達(dá)到開關(guān)省力、快捷。

注：根據(jù)客戶要求也可提供斷電關(guān)閉的常閉型緊急切斷閥。

手動(dòng)復(fù)位操作過程--

當(dāng)閥門被切斷，管道漏氣故障排出后，工作人員需要手動(dòng)復(fù)位時(shí)，用力向上提拉手動(dòng)復(fù)位桿，聽到“咔”的一聲，說明閥門完全被打開，此時(shí)，即使松開手，也不會(huì)被切斷。（除非再給閥門線圈通電）。

注：手動(dòng)復(fù)位必須在電磁閥線圈斷電時(shí)操作。
