三、進口信號蝶閥工作原理：

1、信號蝶閥由蝸輪蝸桿傳動裝置驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)軸及蝶板旋轉(zhuǎn)實現(xiàn)啟閉和控制流量。

2、旋轉(zhuǎn)蝸輪蝸桿傳動裝置手輪，使蝶板達到啟閉及調(diào)節(jié)流量的目的，手輪順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)為閥門關(guān)閉。

3、蝸輪蝸桿傳動裝置箱體內(nèi)設(shè)置微動開關(guān)有兩種形式：

a、在傳動裝置箱體內(nèi)設(shè)有開向、關(guān)向兩個微動開關(guān)，分別在閥門全開和關(guān)閉時動作，接通控制室“閥開”“閥關(guān)”指示燈源，使之準確顯示閥門開關(guān)狀態(tài)。
