本機(jī)是我公司針對鋁門型材、塑料型材的切割開料。使用硬質(zhì)合金鋸片，線速高，切割精度高；機(jī)架面板（工作臺）經(jīng)過平面磨削加工，調(diào)節(jié)定位靠板可切任意角度。滾珠精密轉(zhuǎn)盤結(jié)構(gòu)，令角度擺動(dòng)靈活準(zhǔn)確。擺動(dòng)機(jī)頭連接精密軸承支座結(jié)構(gòu)，切割高精度。

   金王鋸片的鋸齒超硬鋒利，禁止碰撞、掉落地上，必須輕拿輕放。

   裝完金王鋸片后，必須確認(rèn)鋸片的中心孔是否牢固地固定；然后，輕輕地用手推動(dòng)鋸片確認(rèn)鋸片轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否偏心晃動(dòng)。

   必須把金王鋸片箭頭指示的切割方向與鋸臺旋轉(zhuǎn)方向?qū)?zhǔn)。嚴(yán)禁安裝反方向，方向裝錯(cuò)會導(dǎo)致掉齒。轉(zhuǎn)盤鋸

   預(yù)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間：更換金王鋸片后，使用前需預(yù)轉(zhuǎn)一分鐘，觀察是否存在異常。確認(rèn)切割機(jī)正常后，才能進(jìn)行切割。

   切割前，必須確認(rèn)金王鋸片的用途是否與被切割的材料一致。金王鋸片僅用作切割鋁型材的，不適宜切割不銹鋼或木材等其他材料。
