高壓清洗機(jī)整機(jī)分為兩部分，前段為清洗去雜的氣泡清洗，后面銜接毛刷噴淋清洗。清洗池配備高壓風(fēng)機(jī)及管道出氣孔，在水池中產(chǎn)生大量密集氣泡，對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行翻滾搓洗，模擬人工清洗。清洗池主要是去除雜質(zhì)，灰塵。大棗清洗機(jī)在提升的過程中，再次進(jìn)行噴淋沖洗，使相同比例的雜質(zhì)通過網(wǎng)帶掉落在池中。后面銜接的毛輥噴淋清洗，可以有效的去除粘附在產(chǎn)品表面的灰土。通過毛輥的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，產(chǎn)品在上面不斷的旋轉(zhuǎn)，上方配備噴淋再次的沖洗。更有效的增加產(chǎn)品的清潔度。毛輥的旋轉(zhuǎn)將產(chǎn)品的表面進(jìn)行拋光，增加產(chǎn)品的色澤度，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量賣點(diǎn)。
