高純電子級(jí)氧化銅又稱活性氧化銅，適用于較高階的電鍍生產(chǎn)；在不溶性陽(yáng)極電鍍體系中，有效補(bǔ)充銅離子濃度，確保銅離子濃度的穩(wěn)定性，形成的鍍銅層純度高，物理性能良好; 近年來(lái)還用于PET銅箔、鈉電、光伏等行業(yè)。

Application

High purity electronic grade copper oxide, also known as active copper oxide, is suitable for higher-end electroplating production. In the insoluble anodizing system, the copper ion concentration is effectively supplemented to ensure the stability of copper ion concentration, and the formed copper plating layer is resulted in higher purity and better physical properties；In recent years, it has also been used in industries such as PET copper foil, sodium electricity, and photovoltaics.

存儲(chǔ)注意事項(xiàng)

包裝完好無(wú)破損。儲(chǔ)存于陰涼、通風(fēng)的庫(kù)房。遠(yuǎn)離火種、熱源。保持容器密封。應(yīng)與還原劑、堿金屬、食用化學(xué)品分開存放。切忌混儲(chǔ)。

Well packed with no damage. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire, heat source. Should be stored separate from reducing agent, alkali metal, edible chemicals, avoid by all means.
